Zach Anderson

Mr. Anderson leads JEN’s North Carolina residential efforts. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries, he began his career as a residential remodeler before transitioning to civil engineering. In this role, he specialized in planning and design for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects along the eastern seaboard. In 2016, Mr. Anderson joined D.R. Horton, where he oversaw land development, entitlements, and acquisitions across eastern North Carolina, growing the division fourfold during his tenure. Before partnering with JEN, he founded his own development and consulting firm, where he focused on entitling and developing residential and mixed-use properties throughout the Carolinas.

Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a licensed professional engineer and general contractor in the state of North Carolina.
